Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice in which the postures are performed in a fluid sequence, synchronized with the breath. As you move from one posture to another, focusing on breathing helps to calm the mind, promoting awareness of the present moment and reducing stress. The physical benefits extend from building flexibility, strength, balance and increasing cardiovascular endurance, to improving body posture and relieving muscle tension accumulated in everyday life. On a deeper level, the practice is an invitation to introspection and self-knowledge. The mind-body connection developed during the class can help reduce anxiety and promote mental clarity. Meditation in movement helps to reduce stress, promoting a sense of tranquility and stillness. In addition to performing the postures during my classes, we go through other pillars of yoga philosophy, such as breathing techniques (pranayamas), so that students have a more profound experience.

Meditation is a practice that aims to allow the mind to free itself from everyday distractions and achieve a state of mental clarity and deep relaxation. It can be carried out in various ways, focusing on breathing, a specific object, physical sensations in the body, a sound, a repeated phrase (known as a mantra), among others. Some of the many benefits that a regular practice of meditation provides are: it helps reduce stress and anxiety, increases focus and concentration, promotes self-knowledge and improves sleep quality. As well as being within anyone’s reach, meditation invites us to live our daily lives more consciously and presently. How does it work?

I offer yoga and meditation classes in person and online. They can be individual, group, corporate or events.

The classes are adaptable to all levels of practitioners, from beginners to the most experienced, always trying to be welcoming and respectful of each student's individual needs. I work mainly with adults, but children, teenagers, the elderly and pregnant women are also welcome.  

Isabella was born and raised in the countryside of Brazil. She currently lives in Perth, Australia, where she got her Vinyasa Yoga teacher certification - recognized by the Yoga Alliance (RYS). In Brazil, she attended courses to deepen her philosophical understanding of yoga and different approaches to meditation.

Off the yoga mats, Isa is a movement enthusiast. Passionate about sports, she is dedicated to triathlon and running. She believes deeply in the healing capacity of movement, whether through connecting with nature or overcoming physical and mental challenges.

Her mission is to guide her students towards a journey of self-discovery, self-compassion and personal growth. Isa believes that yoga is a powerful tool for awakening the best in each individual, allowing them to achieve full balance and find lasting inner harmony.

You don't need any level of experience to join our classes. We have adaptations and variations for all levels.

Of course. It's with regular practice that you'll develop your flexibility.

Payment is made by bank transfer (both in Brazil and Australia).

Join an exclusive group of women on a journey of 6 in-person sessions where we will delve deeper into the practice and philosophy of yoga.

Designed especially for the winter season, this project aims to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can share experiences and create connections with like-minded individuals.

SESSIONS: on sundays, 07/07, 14/07, 21/07, 28/07, 04/08 and 11/08
TIME: 9 am
